Unlikely: The germs involved have rather strict living requirements such that they usually die quickly outside the body. If for some reason you reclined in a moist area of body secretions soon after someone shed them it might contain some STD germs, but once dry they would not live to transfer to you.They would not trigger an infection the skin. Airing a mattress in direct sunlight is a good idea in general
