Nope: Enlarged or tender testicle can be serious; if that's what you have, see a doctor ASAP. If sudden onset and very painful, get seen immediately -- posible tortion, a surgical emergency to save the testicle. UTI itself doesn't cause enlargement or change in shape, but can cause epididymitis, with testicular enlargement and pain. Maybe hydrocele, a harmless fluid collection. See doctor if in doubt.
