3 year old has phimosis & pediatric surgeon can only see him in 4 days. antibiotics given & cream. screams when he wants to pee. er states no ems?

It happens: Phimosis by itself is considered the natural state. Pain with urination a sign of a urinary tract infection. Paraphymosis is the partial retracted foreskin that traps/tourniquets part of the glans & can cause amputation of the tip. That would be an emergency. Unless your description is wrong it can wait. His regular doc could verify the process/care.
