Hard to say: I would quit smoking as it does make for a poor environment for a fetus, but the HPV is not an issue. Your info does not include any past success with pregnancy or past MC's. If you have had multiple MC's a visit with a geneticist could clarify whether you have a reason you can't carry a baby. If you have other healthy kids, the issue is more a personal choice.
