Something...: Something is going on that is causing you not to produce hormones by your age that would have started your pubertal changes. You need to see an endocrinologist asap and determine first why and then what the treatment for you needs to be based on that. Don't delay any longer - you are already in your 20's.

It could be: That or any other cause of hypogonadism. You and your doctor have already waited too long for puberty to begin, see an endocrinologist as soon as possible for a full evaluation.
