Spotting ?: Since pregnancy is possible, spotting may reflect implantation 3-5 days after ovulation. If your period is delayed, obtain a serum HCG test to make certain about pregnancy, as pregnancies may occur outside the uterus (ectopic), and if the HCG test is positive, see your gyn provider for testing.
