1st trimester bleeding: you need to see Gyn for proper evaluation. However, if you had positive test so soon after your abnormal period, you might already be pregnant since you're last normal period. Spotting at 5-6 gestation can happen from implantation of the embryo in the uterine cavity. You also might have a threatened miscarriage. The best advice is to see your Gyn for further evaluation , exam, QBHCG,TVS.
