Self stimulation!: The average volume of semen produced at ejaculation is 2 to 5ml. Because the supply is not limitless, the more frequently you ejaculate, the less volume u produce. The implication of the question is that after 2 weeks of no sex, he should have had more volume.... but that would not be true if he had been ejaculating in the interim, without having sex. Ask him. More than likely its a yes.
