If you are having any discharge or spotting then you must go be evaluated for infection.L please see your doctor for your head and back pain. Also you may want to ask your doctor for birth control such as oral tablets, or a more permanent solution such as Implanon or Mirena (levonorgestrel) which can give you birth control for 3-5 years. Always use a condom to prevent infections however.
