Yes. Maybe . . .: Yes, precum has sperm in it. So if you don't want to get pregnant, you've got to use some form of contraception, whether it's taking a pill/shot, using a diaphragm or making him wear a condom. Don't believe the "i'll pull out in time" b/c most likely he won't. And besides, as noted above, his precum has sperm. And all you need is one to get pregnant. Btw, condoms also lower risk for stds.
