Is my testicle dead? I went to the ER for a varicocele in my left testicle and pain in the right. Ultrasound was done and found no problems with the right one but I got antibiotics just in case. The pain is now gone from R and it is smaller than L?

You have left-sided varicocele so the left testicle is bigger than the right, not because there was something wrong with the right testicle.
