7yrs ago(infection/torision)dead atropic testis.right side 1.4*1cm in size.now usg shows hypoechoic foci of calcification in dead atropic testis.what?

Not surprising: Once the blood supply has been cut off to the structure and it dies, a bit of calcification is not necessarily a worrisome finding years later. If it bothers you they can remove the structure. Ask your doc about their assessment of your needs.
