Seek a 2nd opinion: Obviously your stmptoms are oersisting and your are frustrated with your care. Get another doctors evaluation.

Prostatitis: Prostate inflammation and/or congestion may cause radiation of discomfort to the upper legs. If you haven't been checked by a urologist, i would do so. Otherwise another type of treatment will be needed.
