I took my second trimester ultrasound yesterday i'm 19wk 2days found out sex of the baby but i was told that the couldn't see baby lungs or kidney ?

Worrisome issue: I would meet with your obgyn or a perinatologist (specializes in problem pregnancy) to discuss these findings. If true, lack of kidneys means they didn't form (prior to 31 days) and don't make some of the urine needed to supplement the amniotic fluid. This indirectly impairs lung development. They may do a more definitive scan to confirm or exclude the findings. The outcome if true is not good.
