Unlikely: You are highly unlikely to become pregnant with what you are describing. That said, it is always a good idea to use a condom whenever there is genital touching to prevent pregnancy. You may also want to consider a more effective form of contraception, such as an IUD or implant, or the birth control pill, patch, ring, or injection. Condoms do have a 10-15% failure rate (i.e. pregnancy).

Risk: Penis touched vulva or vagina? Sperm deposited in vagina can lead to pregnancy. Penis touching outer vulva would carry very little risk.
