Nexplanon: The risk of pregnancy with using the Nexplanon implant is very, very small, even without using a condom. If you have the Nexplanon implant, and you used Plan B, there is almost no chance of pregnancy. Of course - anything is possible - but you might have a better chance of being hit by lightning.
