Use regularly: If you have a boyfriend now, it is best to see a gynecologist and get put on routine birth control (pills, IUD, implant). You don't want to be traveling somewhere where you forgot your morning after pill and realized it after you had sex.

Prepared/: Being prepared means using a good birth control - the morning after pill is NOT meant as a birth control - it is used as an EMERGENCY - and hence does NOT always work as well as birth control - so get yourself on a birth control
