I have a small anal wart in my anus but i don't have hpv so will it go away?

All warts are HPV: If it is truly a wart & not some look alike, it is caused by an HPV strain. They are a family of dozens of strains with at least 4 strains known to cause genital/anal warts. If it doesn't grow to a size that bothers you you may be able to leave it alone. The body usually clears these naturally after 2 yrs or so. Otherwise it can be lasered/frozen.
