Started Depo shot 2 months ago (not within the five days of my last period), used back up for 1 month. Now experiencing sharp pains in vaginal area and no periods. Is this normal? Did I use backup for a sufficient amount of time?

I got the depo shot 11/17/2015 on the day my period starts.My period stays for 5 days each month and never a day longer. I continue to bleed and it won't stop since the depo shot. PLEASE TELL ME WHAT CAN I DO TO STOP THE BLEEDING?
