Last shot?: One piece of info you left out is: how long ago was your last shot? If it was more than 3 months ago, most of your symptoms can be explained by your own reproductive system "booting" back up after being suppressed for 6 months. Depo suppresses estrogen production. As your body starts making it again, you may experience some nausea.. Your body will readjust and resume cycling normally soon.

Go to a doctor: I do not think you are pregnant but you may have an infection. Like a urinary tract infection or sexually transmitted disease. Get a full checkup. Urinary tract infections can travel up to the kidneys and cause Pyelonephritis. Feel better soon.
