One option: Progesterone treatment is one option. There are others. If you want to have children later one then many patients will use oral contraceptives or a Progesterone IUD for cycle control until they are ready. An evaluation for endometrial polyps and fibroids may be indicated. Your obgyn can guide you through the appropriate options
