Dr to examine testis: In general, testicle pain means a trip to the doctor right away because the testicle's blood supply can be twisted off (called torsion). What about slight aches or pains? That would likely be some other, non-urgent problem. One's primary care doctor can help, because the details matter... where is the pain, how did it begin, how bad is the pain, is there a rash, was there an injury, etc...
