10 cm ovarian cyst: At 37, with a 10 cm. ovarian cyst, the size suggests that a tissue diagnosis is necessary. Laparoscopic removal of the cyst is necessary to make certain that there is no cellular abnormality. Ask for a referral to a gynecolologic oncologist for a second opinion.
