Get tested: No one is "clean" unless tested for STD's and are found to be negative. Trust in an answer from a "sex worker" is as reliable as "buying a bridge in Brooklyn". In other words, "no bueno". Get STD tested by a MD after he/she has examined the cut on your penis.
