My friend called me freaking out saying her vagina has like a line of yellow dots like under her skin and shes worried it may be a std is this normal?

Have her see a Doc.: If she thinks she has an STD, it's because she is not practicing safe sex. She needs to be checked for std's. Although what she describes as wrong can't be definitely diagnosed, she can have std's without any symptoms at all at first. She can get checked at Planned Parenthood of a Health Department for little no money. She shouldn't have sex till she finds out it she is STD free. Safe sex after!
