I touch my genital warts then inserted my finger inside my vagina. can this has a high risk in spreading the warts inside my vagina and to my cervix?

Duh, yessss!: How about getting the GYN MD to remove or treat the warts even if you do not have a sexual partner to spread them. The risk of cervical cancer increases with some variants of the HPV virus that causes these warts. Hand washing is highly recommended for obvious reasons of transmission of disease.
