Sure: Any way that fresh semen gets into a woman's vagina (not merely on the outside vulva part) is a way to get pregnant. In such cases, if not married, settled down, with stable jobs offering health insurance, and planning to raise children... then a guy should talk with said woman to decide on emergency contraception such as Plan B or an IUD. Time is of the essence (that means do it now).
