Yes: Similar to other versions of the question it is true that some women do not always bleed when on birth control pills. Remember birth control pills trigger a “fake” period via withdrawal bleeding. You may want to ask your doctor to test your thyroid and Prolactin to make sure no other cause of a lack of periods is occuring

Possible: It is possible to not have regular menstrual cycles even on birth control. However, there could be conditions causing this as well. I would follow up with the physician who prescribes the birth control to rule out reversible causes.
