Sounds ok: Taking typical doses of common over-the-counter vitamins, such as vitamin D, vitamin C, and vitamin B, should not have a noticeable effect on one's oral contraceptives or on any other form of birth control. The usual doses of over-the-counter vitamins should not interfere with birth control pills.
