Several options: No treatment for warts is 100% effective all the time. The most reliable is surgical removal or cautery, but usually not practical or necessary. ~70% get good responses with podofilox, sinechatechins, imiquimod, or cryotherapy (freezing). If first Rx doesn't work within 4 weeks, switch to another. With all these, 10-20% have recurrence within a few weeks, but re-treatment usally works well.
