No: The average dietary need for iron in young adult women is about 18 mg/d. The PNV you cite has 27 but only 1/3 is absorbed. In the long run this will not produce an overload. The body actually accommodates changes in diet & iron load by selectively not absorbing any excess over the day to day exposures. You can overdose acutely by taking lots of pills (kids sometimes do) but I wouldn't worry.
