Some say that gonorrhea goes away on its own after months. since i never got my oral/rectal tested (but urine checked annually), should i be worried?

GC length of stay: Gonorrhea, once present in the favorable host (human body), will continue to multiply and infect until it is treated. It does not magically go away on its' own. Get GC tested and if needed, treated.
