Blood=tissue injury: Rough intercourse will put a strain on the tissues of your genitalia. A small amount of bleeding would represent torn or scratched tissue. It may heal in a few days if allowed to. Gentile rinsing in warm water can help. If the blleding is constant or ever enough to fill a pad you need to have it checked.
