If the hymen is perforated bright red bleeding may occur after first time intercourse. Dark red blood with clots & cramping suggests that the bleeding is from the uterus and I don't think intercourse caused it. I'd consider it to be a period. A gynecologist can advise you best if you still have concerns.

it could be due to local trauma due to first sex and should gradually get better. if not pl get a Gyn check. hope you do well
