Inform b4 sex: The best time to tell any sex partner about STD's or Herpes is PRIOR to any sexual encounter so they have an option to say no, if desired. Herpes is easily transmitted during its" vesicle (blister) stage and condoms don't always cover the affected areas. Hepatitis C needle exposure should be blood tested now.
