Hello. i have had swelling on one side of my vagina for three days now. i'm not too positive if its just from a yeast infection or if its more severe.

Genital swelling: Yeast infection wouldn't usually cause one sided genital symptoms. If the swelling is painful, and especially if there are open sores, herpes is likely. See a doctor ASAP -- the sooner the better for accurate diagnosis. Also, if it's herpes, treatment effectiveness depends on starting treatment right away. Good luck!
