NGU: Urethral discharge, leaving stains in the underwear, usually is due to urethritis, i.e. urethal (urine tube) infection. It's always an STD. If not gonorrhea, it's nongonococcal urethritis. Only about one third of NGU is due to chlamydia. In other words, your negative tests only mean no chlamydia or gonorrhea, but it's still and STD and you and your partner(s) must be treated.
