I have anal fissure result to anus tight. can you please tell why this happen?it is due to loss of blood supply in anus or due to inflammation?or else

Yes and yes: pain at the anus can cause spasm and decrease blood supply . This exacerbates the fissure and the whole problem becomes cyclical . Most often can be cured with a topical cream or ointment. Resistant ones need surgery
