Low estrogen?: I'm not sure what it means to feel "throbbing as if I've had sex". Pain? Irritation? Itching? You're at an age when declining estrogen levels are expected to have effects on vaginal and vulvar tissues that might cause various symptoms. Or if painful or urgent urination, maybe urinary tract infection? Best to see doctor -- in the meantime, this doesn't sound serious. Good luck!
