Does fluoxetine and psychological stress reduce sperm concentration in semen by a lot?

Good question!: Many studies of antidepressants and pregnancy in women but very few about effect on men, sperm count, fertility,etc. Animal studies do show some decrease in sperm count and motility. Evidence thus far is not sufficient to avoid treatment of depression It is always best to strive to learn what the least amount is necassary to maintain antidepressant effect.
