Math is important: Ovulation is around 14 days before the start of the next period. That means with consistent 32-day cycles, ovulation is around day 18, because day 18 is 14 days before the next period. If one's period lasts 4 days, and she had sex on the "last day of period," that means she had sex on day 4. In order to conceive, the sperm from day 4 would have to survive to day 18. So, math says chances are zero.
