Not definitively: To conclude that you're not pregnant definitively, you would need to have another period 28 days after your withdrawal bleed, negative blood pregnancy test 28 days after mirena expulsion, or a negative transvaginal ultrasound to confirm lack of fetus. But honestly, it's a pretty good marker of non-pregnancy.
