Get...: Get a pregnancy test done. I don't have any more information on how you took your last shot of Depo, how long, etc. I would then go on the safe side and advise you to get the test done. If negative follow up with your GYN provider in order to find out the reason for the new symptoms if while on the medication you have never had this before.
