I have extremely light bleeding after intercourse (usually guys that are longer), could this be from hitting my cervix? no stds either. happened 2x

Cervicitis: Spotting after sex often is due to inflammation of the cervix (cervicitis) -- and yes probably is often triggered by penile contact with a fragile cervix. STDs are common causes of cervicitis, but not necessarily. HPV could do it too. Keep working with your doctor; it should be possible to solve this, maybe with an antibiotic or perhaps cryotherapy.
