Where?: From what part of your body? Sinus? Could be sinus allergies or infection. Rectum? Could be diet or IBD or infection. Vagina? Could be due to yeast infection, BV, trichomonas or STD.

Vaginal discharge: You don't say where the discharge is from, but I'm guessing your vagina. If so, this is a sign of infection -- and at your age that usually means an STD. Get medical care ASAP for diagnosis and treatment. Good luck!
