Hi, i had a uteroscopy last week for kidney stone removal, however it is six days later and i have a swollen penis head, should i be worried?

Concerning: Swelling of the glans penis, especially if redness is present, persisting for 6 days after the procedure suggests trauma or infection( balanitis). I recommend that the urologist who performed the procedure examine you for diagnosis and treatment.
