Very unlikely: The chlamydia DNA tests are very accurate; a negative result is good evidence the infection is gone. Chlamydia symptoms in women (e.g. vaginal discharge, painful urination, etc) are nonspecific, i.e. same symptoms caused by many different conditions. Return to your doctor or clinic to evaluate the cause and treatment of your continuing symptoms. Probably it isn't chlamydia. Good luck.
