I believe your country operates an online portal that directs you to local GP's for referral documents. This information site is based in the USA as are most of its volunteer docs. We answer questions about health issues. Re do not offer scripts/notes/referral documents or other forms of direct patient care.

Consult your local primary care provider or you can use telemedicine for individual consultations. There are a number of free apps to look at your risk.

Wear a mask, stay away from others, practice hand hygiene. If you develop breathing difficulty, go to the nearest hospital, immediately. Get Covid vaccine. Wish you good health.
