How can you tell the difference between chlamydia and herpes, without getting tested?

Different symptoms: Genital herpes causes blisters and sores, chlamydia does not. Chlamydia usually causes dishcarge from the penis, sometimes with slightly painful urination; herpes can cause these, but usually does not. Both often cause infection with no symptoms at all. If you think you might have been exposed or have symptoms, see a doctor ASAP. Don't guess!
