From your question: I presume that you were given the recommended treatment of azithromycin 1 gram by mouth in a single dose. If you drank alcohol 2 days after this, I don't see a problem. No need for recheck unless otherwise instructed to do so. If you were given a 7 day treatment regimen, there might be a little more concern, but alcohol is not absolutely forbidden in this circumstance. You're ok. Drink responsibly

Probably OK: Alcohol in moderation has no effect on chlamydia or its treatment, as long as a standard treatment is used, i.e. single dose azithromycin or doxycycline for 7 days. But check with the doctor or clinic where you were treated if you remain concerned. No sex for at least a week, and then only with treated or known uninfected partners. Good luck!
